That's why we've introduced Silent Appointments at Infinite Beauty Therapy in Kempston, giving you the option to enjoy your treatment with a little less conversation and a little more time to yourself.

What Is a Silent Appointment?

A silent appointment is exactly what it sounds like! It's an optional extra (no cost!) you can select when booking your salon treatment if you'd prefer to relax without having to make conversation.

Maybe you've spent all week talking to people at work. Perhaps you've got a busy household to get back to, or maybe you just love having a little bit of peace and quiet.

Whatever your reason, you never need to feel awkward about wanting some quiet time during your treatment.

We want you to feel comfortable when you visit us, and that includes feeling completely at ease if you don't fancy chatting.

How Do Silent Appointments Work?

We've made booking a silent appointment as simple as possible.

When you book your treatment through our online booking system or app, you'll see Silent Appointment as an optional add-on that you can select if you'd like a quieter experience.

At the beginning of your appointment, your therapist will still have a quick chat with you to discuss what you'd like from your treatment, complete any necessary consultation and make sure everything is as it should be.

Once that's done, you can sit back, relax and enjoy your treatment without feeling any pressure to keep the conversation going.

Your therapist will know you've chosen a silent appointment and will respect your preference throughout.

Of course, if we need to speak to you during your treatment for consultation, comfort or safety reasons, we always will. Your wellbeing will always come first.

Will My Therapist Still Chat If I Don't Select a Silent Appointment?

Absolutely! 😂

We aren't taking away the chats, the catch-ups or the lovely conversations we have with you.

If you love having a good natter during your appointment, we'll happily keep chatting away with you as usual.

Silent appointments are simply another option for those times when you'd prefer a little peace and quiet.

There's no right or wrong way to enjoy your salon visit. We just want you to feel comfortable enough to choose what suits you best.

Which Treatments Are Available as Silent Appointments?

Silent Appointments are available as an optional add-on for eligible treatments at Infinite Beauty Therapy.

There are just two exceptions: laser hair removal and cryotherapy.

These treatments require more communication throughout your appointment, so silent appointments aren't available for them. We'll always need to be able to talk to you when necessary to ensure your treatment is carried out safely and appropriately.

For other eligible treatments, simply look for the Silent Appointment add-on when booking.
